Terribly disappointed

I really hate giving this game such a low rating, as I do like the game itself; it is actually quite enjoyable. But it would be much better if I was actually able to play this game. It crashes every single time I play. And there is no consistency to it. Sometimes I get two rounds in before it crashes. And sometimes I cant even make it through one game before I am kicked off.
And to make matters worse, I contacted King about this, and received an automated form letter in return basically telling me they werent going to look at my email, and to try a few other options. Which I started out doing by looking at the FAQs and finding no answer to my problem.
So now instead of trying to fix this, so I can play a game I actually enjoy, I will be deleting this, because the company doesnt care to solve my issue.
